Middleton Solar fully supports all Middleton Solar products sold and provides return to factory maintenance capability. Any software provided as part of a contract is also fully supported.

A feature of most of Middleton Solar's radiometers is that no routine maintenance is required, other than regular cleaning of the glass window and infrequent replenishment of desiccant.

Middleton Solar has trained technical staff, with many years' solar instrumentation manufacturing and calibration experience, at our factory in Melbourne. The Technical Manager & Owner is a Chartered Professional Engineer with significant exposure to the design, manufacture and maintenance of complex radiometer instruments.

Middleton Solar has a fully equipped maintenance workshop and calibration facility. Our calibrations are traceable to the WRR as our reference sensors are periodically calibrated by PMOD/WRC in Davos, Switzerland.
